Ten years ago, I had the opportunity to interview Robert DuPont, MD for the Recovery Alliance Initiative. He was aware of RAI and dropped by one of our national gatherings. The interview was posted on YouTube shortly after it was completed. That’s now ten years ago.
The interview was conducted for the purpose of showing it during an upcoming RAI event.

Attendees at that event were local, state, regional and national leaders from sectors including professional monitoring organizations, collegiate recovery communities, and drug courts.
Other attendees included clergy, researchers, academics, addiction counselors, prevention specialists, healthcare providers, and service representatives from various recovery communities.
RAI is focused on cross-sector awareness, collaboration, advocacy, and action for the sake of the person served. And you will hear those themes come through in the interview.
