It could be media hype (Hard to know from thousands of miles away, but reports have been consistent and objective measures, like cirrhosis rates, seem to support it.), but something seems to be
very wrong with England’s drinking culture.
What’s up with this? American discussions about binge drinking seem to focus on college-aged drinkers and drinking age. Clearly not the issue in England.
